Saw him at the Wigmore Hall last night - just incredible. Very lyrical and fantastic range of tone.
Liked the Nirvana encore 'Teen Spirit' nice to hear 3 octaves up to a D.......

Just started Advanced Mixing and Mastering with Pro Tools Winter Semester at Berklee.
Looking forward to this as the last PT course was a great course.

Anyone see the Goldie Composes programme - the most amazing part for me (apart from the Reason racks) was the visual representation of the music.
Getting away from what you think of the piece - his idea and the way it was presented graphically was fantastic.

Yes well after that experience I went past Howarths in London and on the way out I asked what they thought about the Muriat saxs.
Then the killer blow - 'its on sale' after a couple of hours of paying I walked away with a new horn.

The other day I was wandering down Denmark Street in London and came across a Sax shop that had just opened. As I had some time I had a look at the Soprano Sax's that they had as I needed to upgrade my student soprano. After a little while they suggested that I try this new one that I had never heard of.
Wow - what an instrument.

Have to say that I am so annoyed with Digi for stopping the support for the leagcy midi controllers. This means that my MPK 49 can no longer be mapped to PT via the JL Cooper legacy controller.
What a stupid call. People hate being forced to use only one midi controller.
